The facilities, equipment and services of the School of Music are available to the university community and general public in accordance with the following University and School of Music guidelines. All requests for use of space and equipment will be subject to availability, following the priority list established by the School of Music:
- Credit bearing courses of UD and School of Music classes
- School of Music Student Ensembles
- Required Music Student Recitals and School of Music Faculty Solo and Ensemble Recitals
- Non-required Music Major/Minor Recitals
- Music groups associated with and/or sponsored by the School of Music
- Music oriented University groups
- Non-music oriented University groups
- Music oriented non-University events
- Non-music, non-University events
