Accessing Controlled Spaces

Amy E. du Pont Music Building (AED)

Music majors may sign out keys AED first-floor practice rooms, and contracts will be prepared by the scheduling coordinator. If the practice room key is lost, there will be a $50 charge for the lost key. Keys to AED classrooms may be signed out overnight to students who have permission to rehearse in specified venues. Failure to return key(s) by the date specified will result in a hold being placed on the student’s records, which will prohibit him/her from registering for future coursework or receiving transcripts. If keys are lost and it becomes necessary to re-core a room, the student will be responsible for that expense.

Roselle Center for the Arts (CFA)

Music majors, minors, members of ensembles and students taking lessons for credit may use CFA practice rooms. These rooms are accessed by a student’s UD-ID card on the Pro-Watch System. Students must bring their ID cards to the scheduling coordinator to request access to these spaces
